- Don't eat breakfast
- Go on a hike
- Get car sick on the way down the canyon
If you do these three things there is an 85% chance that you will be sick or your stomach will just be really mad at you. Then if you need to extend your sick time a few more hours there is one final step:
- Eat something dumb for dinner (like a hamburger for example), this will make your stomach mad at you all over again.
This worked wonders for me, I thought I would be nice and share my wonderful knowledge with the rest of you.
