Still Undefeated

Amazingly enough we are still undefeated after two games. It is sad that on the second game of the preseason you have doubled the number of victories than last year. We won 8-0 in the varsity and 3-1 in JV. One girl scored FOUR times in varsity and once in JV, I think she had a pretty good day. Today was also the first day back to school for teachers. The day started with a faculty meeting at 8:00am that went for two and a half hours...then the rest of the day was ours to do whatever we needed to get done. For me I spent the day cleaning out old Spanish lesson plans and magazines about guns. I didn't get too much done, my room still doesn't look like me, but I'll give it some time. We also found out that there was NO drinking water in the school, it was all TOXIC. This wasn't too big of a deal until the soccer game came around. We finally found out that some water was save over by the football field and I went and bought 20 pounds of ice. The ice melted within ten minutes, but I couldn't afford to buy more. So it is now 8:00 at night and I haven't been home since 7:30 this morning. I'm not looking forward to 12 hour days again.
