Love, Hate Relationship

I have decided that technology is one of the best and worst things in our lives right now. It seems like we can't go anywhere without it, I mean how many people feel naked without their cell phone? We can now be contacted anywhere around the world, a number of different ways. Do we really want the whole world to have access to us though? Sometimes you want to be alone and not have your phone ringing, someone texting you, and 100 emails to reply to at the same time. Question: Is it really all that bad to have to shop and actually go to a store? Don't get me wrong, I love technology, I really do, but I don't love the headaches it gives me. For example I am spending my Saturday waiting to chat with a costumer service representative because I bought a renewal to anti-virus software online, but they didn't send it to me. If I just would have gotten off my lazy bum I could have went and bought the software from a store, and be done with it. But now I am wasting my day off trying to figure out what is going on with this stupid program. I thought technology was suppose to make our lives easier, not harder.
